Kerupuk Bawang Khas Sidoarjo, Produk Home Made
Catatan :
Saran saja, apabila ingin menggoreng kerupuk alangkah baiknya di jemur dibawah sinar matahari. Supaya hasilnya mekar dan halus.
Dikarenakan cuaca saat ini tidak menentu, untuk pengiriman 2 sampai 3 hari bisa saja kerupuk akan dingin. Alangkah baiknya di jemur terlebih dahulu minimal 1 - 2 jam dibawah sinar matahari, setelah di jemur dinginkan sebentar selama 5 - 10 menit dan setelah itu langsung digoreng ke minyak yang panas jangan menunggu supaya hasilnya lebih maksimal mekarnya dan enak.
Untuk warna kerupuk bawang, warnanya coklat ke kuningan. Bagi yang memesan berarti sudah memahami kondisinya seperti di foto dan berarti SETUJU tidak ada complain.
