Kerupuk Anugerah Ikan Spesial
Isi : 500 gram kerupuk mentah
*Cara Penyimpanan :
Simpan di tempat bersih dan kering, serta hindarkan kontak langsung dengan lantai dan permukaan yang lembab.
*Cara Penggorengan :
1. Jemur selama 5-6 jam atau panaskan dalam oven ± 30 menit.
2. Panaskan minyak goreng.
3. Setelah panas minyak stabil, masukkan kerupuk secukupnya. Jangan terlalu banyak agar kerupuk mengembang sempurna.
4. Selalu kontrol hasil gorengan. Jika gosong, maka kecilkan api.
Tips saat menggoreng :
Salah satu faktor penting untuk memastikan kerupuk mekar sempurna adalah pada teknik menggorengnya.
1. Pastikan minyak memiliki panas yg stabil agar kerupuk tidak mudah gosong dan bantat/keras.
2. Goreng Satu per Satu Sambil Ditekan (untuk jenis kerupuk yang lebar)
Misalnya Kerupuk Kepang, Kipas dan Gondang ini, sebaiknya digoreng satu per satu. Jadi tidak dimasukkan sekaligus. Saat menggoreng, sebaiknya sambil ditekan-tekan agar mekar dengan bentuk sempurna.
