Kondisi Fresh/Frozen :
Produk kita bekukan dalam kondisi hidup2, agar produk tetap Fresh/tidak busuk pd saat pengiriman, khususnya luar kota.
Kerang kami rendam di air mengalir terlebih dahulu semalaman, utk mengeluarkan sisa2 kotoran dari habitat aslinya. Setelah itu Kerang kami sikat & bersihkan cangkangnya dari kotoran/karang yg menempel pd Cangkang Kerang.
NOTE :
• Batas pengiriman:
Sameday kurir terakhir jam 15.00 wib
Instan kurir terakhir jam 17.00 wib
• Pengiriman hari Senin - Minggu dan batas order terakhir jam 2 siang untuk sameday dan instan
• Khusus pengiriman Minggu, batas order terakhir jam 12 siang, jika di atas tersebut maka produk akan dikirim hari Senin
GARANSI:
▪ Produk bergaransi kecuali rusak karena pengiriman yang disebabkan oleh KELALAIAN dari pihak ekspedisi
▪ Wajib video unboxing pada saat produk diterima sebagai persyaratan claim produk, tidak menerima claim apabila daging sudah dipotong potong atau sudah dimasak
▪ Claim garansi hanya berlaku 1 hari setelah produk diterima customer
Menerima permintaan partai besar untuk Hotel, Restauran, Swalayan, Supermarket dll
