Kempalng dan kerupuk merupakan salah satu makan an khas kota palembang. Yang terbuat dari olahan ikan yang terdapat di kota sumatra selatan khusus ny PALEMBANG. Kemplang dan kerupuk pada umum nya terbuat dari ikan tenggiri,yang di campur dengan tepung tapioka dan berbagai bumbu yang lain , lalu di keringkan dan kemudian di panggang atau d goreng dengan rasa gurih dan enak tentu nya sehingga bisa d konsumsi anak-anak dan orang dewasa tentu nya.

• kemplang dan kerupuk di periksa sebelum dikirim dan di pastikan tidak ad yang pecah maupun retak(apa bila ada kerusakan atau pelastik yang sobek itu jadi tanggung jawab expedisi )
• Berat pengirim sudah termasuk sama berat kardus jadi tidak sama dengan berat bersih kerupuk
