Kemangi Kenari Pesto

Toasted kenari nuts, freshly picked kemangi leaves, garlic, local parmesan, cold-pressed olive oil, burst of lemon.
How to store:
1. Airtight Container: Our pesto comes in a clean, airtight container. This helps to seal in its freshness and prevent air exposure. Please always ensure that it is securely sealed.
2. Smooth the Surface: Use the back of a spoon to smooth the surface of the pesto. This minimizes air exposure, further preserving its vibrant color and taste.
3. Refrigerate Immediately: Cold temperatures help to slow down the growth of bacteria and enzymes.
4. Use Within One Week: Our pesto is best enjoyed fresh. While it may still be safe to eat beyond this timeframe, the flavor and texture may start to deteriorate
Serving suggestions:
Generously spread a slice of bread with your pesto. We like topping our Rugbrød and pesto with tomatoes, black pepper and pine nuts. This pesto is also great to be used for pasta.
