Sangat cocok di gunakan untuk pizza, lasagna spaghetti,corndog,ayam geprek,dll.
Untuk area Bandung,kami menyarankan menggunakan gojek ,agar barang cepat sampai.
Untuk area di luar Jakarta Kami menyarankan menggunakan JNE Yes.
Cara penyimpanan :
> penyimpanan harus di suhu chiller 2c - 6c
> setelah packing di buka dan dipakai jika ada sisa pemakaian di bungkus dengan plastik wrap atau di tempat (kemasan) kedap udara untuk mencegah timbulnya jamur pada mozzarella , lalu simpan kembali ke dalam suhu chiller.
> jika mozzarella berjamur tidak perlu khawatir, tinggal buang bagian mozzarella yg terkena jamur sampai hilang yg terkena jamurnya, untuk sisa mozzarella yg tidak terkena jamur masih bisa untuk di konsumsi.
CATATAN : JIKA BARANG SUDAH SAMPAI DI TUJUAN dan DI BUKA PACKING NYA MOHON UNTUK MASUKAN LANGSUNG KE CHIlled AGAR TEKSTUR NYA KEMBALI KE SEMULA JANGAN LANGSUNG DI OLAH.
