I look at this everyday in the morning. It scares me and inspires me. Each of the small squares represents a week. All the ones that are already filled in are weeks that have already passed. And all the empty squares are weeks that I have left in my life should I live to be 90 years old (and of course that's up to God).
When I feel not as motivated, I look at it and realize how much of my life is already gone. And it kicks me into action.
And when I feel overwhelmed, I look at all the empty squares that I am still potentially blessed with, and it helps me calm down, be patient and enjoy the process.
