Kacang Hijau Kupas

Simpan ditempat dingin
Resep dan Bahan-bahan:
200 gr kacang hijau kupas
5 sdm gula pasir
150 ml santan
1/2 sdt vanili bubuk / 2 lbr daun pandan
1/2 sdt garam
Langkah pembuatan
Rendam kacang hijau kupas selama 1 jam. Tiriskan airnya.
Kukus sekitar 30 menit sampai empuk.
Blender kacang hijau bersama 50 ml santan sampai lembut. Tuang pada wajan atau teflon.
Campur dengan sisa santan, gula pasir, garam dan vanili atau daun pandan.
Masak dengan api kecil hingga airnya berkurang. Aduk terus agar bagian bawahnya tidak gosong. Masak hingga padat dan bisa dibentuk.
Dinginkan. Setelah dingin bisa dibentuk bulat2.
