>>Cara Menggoreng:
1. Lebih baik dijemur dibawah sinar matahari terlebih dahulu, agar saat digoreng tidak bantat
2. Panaskan wajan yang telah diberi minyak dengan suhu stabil
3. Goreng secara bertahap sedikit demi sedikit sambil ditekan-tekan agar matang secara merata, lalu tiriskan
4. TIPS!!! Jika ukuran kerupuk tebal, lebih baik dilakukan 2 kali tahap penggorengan agar mekar dengan sempurna:
-Pertama, goreng kerupuk dengan api kecil sampai mekar lalu tiriskan sebentar
-Kedua, goreng kembali kerupuknya dengan minyak yang sudah dalam kondisi panas ini
