Black Diamond Valves are light strong one-piece forgings with profiles that provide excellent flow characteristics. White Diamond Valves We fully CNC machine our White Diamond Valves from a one-piece forging of either EV8 Stainless Steel or Inconel -751. These materials have proven heat and corrosion resistance properties. A 360-degree anode is used to produce the highest possible grade of hard chrome finish. Spring Kits KPMI® has recognized a need for direct OEM replacement valves that meet KPMI® standards for race quality performance and endurance while also being affordable. If you look closely at the KPMI® Tensilite® titanium valves you will notice the U.S. milled one piece forged design precision ground stems and the CrN PVD coating covering the entire valve. In cases where the OEM uses steel exhaust valves KPMI® has elected to implement our race proven line of Black Diamond stainless steel exhaust valves rather than create a new line of valves made from a lesser quality material to match the OEM. KPMI® valve springs are heat-treated stress relieved and shot peened to insure maximum performance and life.Springs are engineered for each specific application using proprietary advanced spring design simulation and analysis software.
