Langkah 1
Cara membuat keripik pisang coklat: kupas pisang,kemudian rendam dalam air garam selama 1 jam,kemudian iris tipis pisang,lalu rendam kedalam air garam,lalu pindahkan pisang kedalam air kapur diamkan selama 30 menit,setelah 30 menit lalu pindahkan kedalam air garam,panaskan minyak lalu goreng pisang,hingga kuning kecoklatan lalu angkat n tiriskan

Cara membuat lapisan coklat:campurkan tepung maizena yang sudah disangrai dengan gula halus,coklat bubuk aduk hingga merata,masukkan lapisan coklat kedalam wadah tertutup kemudian masukkan pisang lalu dikocok kocok hingga tercampur,hingga menutupi permukaan pisang
Langkah 3
Simpan keripik pisang coklat kedalam wadah tertutup supaya tidak mudah melempem
