Bahan
~225 gr Kacang kedelai hitam (resep asli 250gr)
~Secukupnya air untuk merendam
~110 gr gula pasir
~2 lembar daun pandan
~750 ml air untuk blender kedelai
~300 ml air untuk blender ampas kedelai
~1/2 sdt garam
Cara Membuat
Langkah 1
~Cuci kedelai hingga bersih
~Lalu rendam ±10 jam. Setelah kedelai mengembang angkat lalu tiriskan
Langkah 2
~Blender kedelai, lalu saring dengan kain. Peras hingga tiris.
~Setelah itu ambil ampasnya lalu blender lagi dan saring lagi
Langkah 3
Tuang sari kedelai dalam panci. Masukkan gula, garam, daun pandan. Rebus hingga mendididh.
Langkah 4
~Setelah mendidih, saya saring lg. Lalu siap dihidangkan. Dingin lebih segar.
