The sixth verse of the Isha Upanishad is Yas tu sarvani bhutany-atmann-evanupashyati,Sarva-bhuteshu catmanam tato na vi jugupsate. This means he who sees all being in the Self and the Self in all beings ceases hatred.Much explanation is not required for this verse , If this verse is understood then hatred will move out of your life For hatred to get out of your life , first you have to understand what hatred is , hatred can only happen when you compare, when you discriminate between two things, when you feel that this person is not part of you Example when you were kids , you could never have any hatred for your siblings because you have taken them as your part, as part of your thinking, when the siblings are young - as child, all their thinking is almost same , they go to the same school, same teacher, almost wear same type of clothes, eat the same kind of food, go together to the same places, there is very little chance of difference in thinking but when you grow up and when you feel that they are no more part of your thinking , the problem starts , the problem is always in the thinking , when the thoughts change, the action changes , then the reactions differ Hatred has nothing to do with someone being inferior or superior , that is just a way of looking at things, if someone is inferior then most of the time it is a fact , this does not really generate hatred , it is an feeling of neglecting the person , such neglecting is also sometimes necessary otherwise the person starts coming close to you and since he has not the things which you have , he starts expecting it from you , example you cannot bring the road side beggar home , there is a feeling of inferior within you for the beggar, this does not create hatred for the him , and it is also true you can never have love for the beggar because opposite of hated is not love ,
