Irwin 7/16 In. Tore Flute Drill Bit SPEEDBOR MAX

The IRWIN® SPEEDBOR® MAX 7/16-Inch Tri-Flute Drill Bit rapidly bores accurate holes in any wood surface. It has three tapered cutting flutes that eject chips quickly, which minimizes bit clogging and improves cutting speed. A self-starting screw-point tip keeps the Irwin wood drill bit centered without a pilot hole, and three cutting spurs, located on the outer edge of each flute, scribe drilled holes as you work, producing cleaner cuts without tearing. This 7/16-inch Speedbor Max bit is 6 inches long, has 1-3/4-inch flutes and can drill holes up to 4 inches deep. It has a 1/4-inch quick-change hex shank that fits standard drill chucks and 1/4-inch quick-change chucks and many impact drills.
