Common Faults and Treatment Methods:

5. Water heater outlet pipe length is recommended not to exceed 3 meters, if exceeded may be due to the water pipe long water pressure difference, water pressure is not enough to start. (If the water tower is used in rural areas, the height of the water tower is required to be higher than 10 meters, so that the water pressure reaches the value of the start.)
6. The display shows E1 over-temperature, E3/E4 or temperature sensor failure, the first power off, with cold water over the machine, and then energized to use, pay attention to the usual use of water flow is not too small!
