Featuring a list of Superheroes that most of us have grown up watching or reading, this latest fighting game from Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment lets you attack, defend and unleash a fury of death defying moves with a flurry of combo moves. The Superheroes that you can play as include Bane, Batman, Catwoman, Cyborg, Deathstroke, Flash, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Harley Quinn, Joker, Lex Luthor, Nightwing, Solomon Grundy, Superman and Wonder Woman, all coveted characters from the DC universe. Experience all the various capabilities and the powers of the DC Comics characters, for example if you were to choose Flash then you would be able to use his power of blistering speed, while Batman let you use his awesome list of tricks and gadgets in order to not just defeat but destroy your opponent. A simplified control button layout lets beginners and hard-core gamers get the best gaming experience. The playable characters are classified into gadget and power characters, where Batman would be a Gadget character while Superman and Wonder Woman would be power characters. Many characters also have more than just one style of fighting. Characters like Nightwing and Wonder Woman can change their fighting style and Stance when using their weapons. The game also features fabled fighting areas like the Bat Cave, Superman’s fortress of solitude and many other well-known places. The areas also have objects that can be picked up or destroyed which when manipulated well can affect the opponent. Gadget characters can use projectiles to destroy cars near their opponent which would cause their health bar to drop, while superman can pick up things from his immediate surroundings and use it to smash his opponent. This PS3 game has a PEGI rating of 18, which suggests that it could contain a certain amounts of blood and gore, intense violence, mature language and strong language. The story mode in the game takes place in dystopian world where good and evil are not clearly defined. With blurred lines and indistinct actions taking precedence, it is increasingly becoming difficult for people to distinguish between justice and anarchy.
