In fact, Psalm 107:6 says, “Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and He delivered them out of their distresses.” James 5:16 (AMP) tells us, “The earnest [heartfelt, continued] prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working].” If you have received Jesus as your Savior, you have been made righteous (see 2 Corinthians 5:21).
