Langkah
1. Haluskan dg blender bawang merah, cabe,,,,
2. Didihkan minyak goreng untuk menumis bumbu yg sudah dihaluskan, kita akan masak sambal nya dulu, kalau bisa minyak nya agak banyak, agar sambal nya nanti mecek²,,,masak sambal hingga matang&harum,cicipi rasa,,kalau sudah matang angkat, biarkan suhu sambal dingin/hangat
3. Goreng ikan asin sampai garing, jangan terlalu lama nanti gosong, angkat dan tiriskan kalau sudah matang
4. Jika sambal suhu nya sudah dingin/hangat,masukkan ikan asin nya aduk² hingga rata
5. Ingat suhu sambal nya ya dingin/hangat,,,kalau sambal masih panas langsung di campur dg ikan asin, nanti jadi alot ikan asin nya
6. Makan dg nasi anget2&teh manis panas,,, mamamia lezatosss versi saya
