Grown from the soils and under the climates of Indonesia's premiere coffee regions, we chose only hand selected, specialty grade coffee beans. Specialty grade coffee represents the very best of the world’s coffee yield or 3% of global production.
The Flores Bajawa beans are grown in the highlands along the southern coast. This blend contains 100% specialty grade coffee beans. The Special quality of Flores Bajawa coffee is that spicy and fruity note, with full body and medium acidity with a nutty dark chocolate and a touch of natural caramel.
How to brew :
• Tear open the packaging of the coffee bag, take out the coffee bag and unfold it.
• Open the coffee bag fully and make sure the hangers or strings on the bag are extended.
• Hang the coffee bag securely on the rim of your cup or mug.
• Slowly pour water over the coffee bag (recommended temperature 90-96°C/150-250ml)
• Continue pouring the water evenly over the bag, allowing the coffee to drip into your cup.
• If desired, add sugar, milk, or any other additives to your brewed coffee. Stir well to incorporate them.
