What is bacteria in our homemade yoghurt? The regular yoghurt usually contain 2 bacteria : L. bulgaricus, and S. thermophilus. But homemade yoghurt from @matchayoghurtstore contains 2 additional probiotic strains, Lactobacillus casei and Bifidobacterium longum.
And what is the role of these bacteria? They can strengthen our immune health..with 100 billion live and active bacteria per 100g serving, they play a role in preventing & treating diarrhea & immune system, helping the body to resist & fight infection.
