High Speed Steel Hole Saw Heavy-duty Hole Cutter Compatible with 10mm or larger Collet for Stainless Steel Metal Sheet Wood Plastic
Description
Features:
Heavy-duty. Applied for cutting on hard materials like alluminum alloy, steel sheet, cast metal, stainless steel sheet, etc.
Also can be applied for cutting on uneven workpieces like pipe, and soft materials like wood, plastic, PVC, plasterboard, etc.
Optimized tooth design with sharper teeth, the hole saw easily penetrates metal for faster cuts and chip removal.
There are multiple optional sizes: 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2.0/2.3/2.8/3.0/3.2/3.5/3.8/4.0/4.5/5.5/7.0cm.
Made from high speed steel, the saw is tough and high resistance for top performance. Thick walls for a longer lifespan.
All-purpose hex drive fits for the collet that is larger than 10mm. Non-slip design effectively prevents screw loose.
Tips to Use
1. Continuously adding coolant when using the hole saw to avoid cracking the blade. Take gun-drill as example, try to reduce the speed of the dill when turning on/off.
2. Cut about 1mm in depth at first when handling the iron plate that is thicker over 5mm. And using spitting drill to cut a hole along the saw kerf for easy chip removal.
