This product is a direct digital frequency synthesizer (DDS) with a built-in 14 bit DAC that supports sampling rates up to 1 GSPS.
Uses advanced DDS patented technology, which can greatly reduce power consumption without sacrificing working performance.
The DDS/DAC combination forms a digitally programmable high-frequency analogs output frequency synthesizer that can generate frequency-agile sinusoidal waveforms under 400MHz frequencies.
Users can access three signal control parameters to control DDS, including: frequency, phase and amplitude.
Uses a 32-bit accumulator to provide quick frequency hopping and frequency tuning resolution.
At 1 GSPS sampling rate, the tuning resolution is 0.23 Hz.
This DDS also implements quick phase and amplitude switching function.
The user can program the its internal control registers through the serial I/0 port to control it.
Integrates static RAM and can support multiple combinations of frequency, phase, and/or amplitude modulation.
Also supports user-defined numerically controlled digital ramp modes of operation, in this mode, frequency, phase or amplitude varies linearly with time.
The built-in high-speed parallel data input port, can realize direct modulation of frequency, phase, amplitude or pole to support more advanced modulation functions.
Support operates over extended industrial temperature ranges.
