Suggested Use: Barley Drink
To cook, bring half cup barley and 2 litres water to a boil. Once it is boiling, lower the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes or so till the barley expands and softens. Top up with more water if necessary. Add sugar or honey to taste.
