If the product becomes defective within the warranty period, havells will repair, free of charge. The warranty provisions do not cover failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or nonobservation of local regulations on part of the user. the warranty provisions do not apply where the appliance has been services by a person not authorised by havells or services with non approved parts there by causing further fault/damage to the product.
