Harmony Sweet Chamomile Herbal Tea
A beautifully balanced and tranquil infusion that helps us experience the harmony found in all things. The subtle spice of ginger are counterbalanced by the sweet earthiness of stevia, rooibos and chamomile. The cinnamon gives the infusion depth while the rose and lemon verbena give the brew its elevating notes.

Ingredients:
Rooibos, ginger bits, cinnamon, lemon verbena, chamomile blossoms, lavender, rose petals and stevia leaf.
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend steeping 1 tbsp (2.5g) for 5-7 minutes with 300cc of 60-75 celcius water.
