Handle With Care is a beautiful, simple, and usable guide to building emotional intelligence (EQ). It begins with ten pages of clear explanation of EQ, and then covers 24 themes. Each theme has a brief introduction, a list of activities (for all ages), quotes, role models, books, movies, fusion questions (ones that engage the whole brain), and finally, each theme is illustrated with photo collage to invite contemplation on another level.
