Seeing your overall progress will help you get back on track if you miss a day because you'll see in the grand scheme, you're still making great progress. I've also included sections where you can get really clear on why this habit is important to you, how you'll feel when you've accomplished, and how you plan to reward yourself for mastering a new habit I'm all for treating yourself ! Finally, there's a section where you can specify how much grace, or leeway, you want to give yourself in terms of reaching your goal.
