Quad-core performance model server The DL380 G6 comes with a HP Smart Array P410i/512MB storage controller. Up to two Intel Xeon X5550 processors offer up to 2.66GHz, 8MB of Smart Cache and four cores per processor, and one Intel Xeon X5550 CPU is already included. 8x 2.5 inch small form factor SAS/ SATA hard drive bays can be upgraded with a second drive cage for an additional 8x SFF drive bays to bring the total drive bays to 16, supporting a maximum capacity of 9.6TB. Equipped with a total of 18 DIMM slots, this performance model can be upgraded to support up to 192GB of RDIMM or 48GB of UDIMM, depending on the configuration. Please note that 12GB of RDIMM DDR3 1333MHz server memory is already included, and RDIMM and UDIMM memory cannot be mixed together in the DL380 G6. Support performance with adapters and controllers The included HPE 750W Platinum Plus Hot Plug Power Supply provides up to 94% efficiency, reduces power waste and enables hot swap installation into this DL380 G6 server. The HPE Smart Array P410i/512 MB FBWC Controller in this server allows RAID 6 / 6+0 and enables you to mix SAS and SATA drives together in the same system. Also included are two HPE NC382i Dual Port Multifunction Gigabit Server Adapters.
