HMC472 Module 1M-3.8G RF Attenuator 0.5DB Step Low Insertion Loss

The HMC472 is a broadband 6-bit digital attenuator with an attenuation range of 0 to 31.5dB and a typical step error of ± 0.25dB. It is packaged in a QFN surface mount package powered by a single power supply of 5V and operates from DC to 3.8 GHz with an insertion loss of less than 2.0 dB (typ.) IIP3 is +54 dBm suitable for various RF and IF applications.
