Koto Kimchi is our traditional homemade Korean family kimchi recipe. My grandmother has been making kimchi since the 1960s. If you are looking for truly authentic Kimchi made to the highest standards, we think you will be satisfied with our recipes.
Koto Kimchi is made with locally grown premium Napa cabbage, imported Korean chili flakes, fish sauce, fermented shrimp paste, carrot, green onion, radish, ginger, glutinous rice flour, garlic, sea salt, brown sugar & mineral water.

- Shelf Life: 3 months (Week by week Kimchi will gradually turn more sour and develop a richer flavour. If you do not like food that is very sour we recommend eating the kimchi within the first 2-3 weeks).
