This file is n8 pattern design. The gratitude journal is a type of personal diary created "with questions", which aims to encourage all of us to focus for five minutes on the positive aspects of our days and our lives to be grateful for. The gratitude diary has a very simple structure, for this reason it can also be easily created by ourselves at home. What you need to create The gratitude diary at home is "just" this: an empty notebook, a pen and 5 minutes of your time. This is a ready-made printable file with questions to fill out that can be used to create a DIY gratitude journal. The printable file is built like a real gratitude diary and contains the following questions: a. Morning questions: "Things I'm grateful for today" "Things that would make today's day a better day" "Positive affirmation about myself: I am ..." b.
