This convenient chain and ratchet binder set includes a 5/16 - 3/8 ratchet binder and a 16-foot length of 5/16-inch Grade 70 transport chain equipped with clevis grab hooks on both ends of the chain. The ratchet binder features a forged steel handle offering maximum leverage while the cam and pawl design allows for easier and faster securement. The high-quality Grade 70 chain is manufactured in a high-strength low-alloy carbon steel for long-lasting quality; strength-tested and heat-treated for maximum safety and durability.
