Gitzo GT3532 Mountaineer Series 3 3-Section CF Tripod, GH3382QD Center Ball Head

GK3532-80QD is a Series 3 tripod/head kit comprising a GT3532 Mountaineer Tripod and a GH3382QD Center Ball Head, recommended for professional DSLRs with 300mm lenses (up to a maximum of 400mm). GT3532 is a standard-height 3-section Series 3 Mountaineer tripod; its new design, along with its use of Carbon exact tubes, makes it lighter in weight yet more rigid than the equivalent preceding model. It has a top leg section diameter of 32.9mm. The tripod is carefully matched with a GH3382QD Center Ball Head, engineered and designed focusing on ultimate smoothness and precision of the movement and locking. Its large ball and quick release adapter assure comfortable use with heavier equipment.The Gitzo head is designed to accommodate other plates with similar dimensions. On the head base there is a removable safety pin that acts as a safety catch and helps prevent the plate from sliding out. If this safety pin blocks the mounting of other brand plates or prevents them from sliding out simply remove the safety pin with the key provided.
