• Untuk menu Red Velvet (cream cheese filling) disarankan menggunakan jasa kirim YES/SAMEDAY/NEXTDAY untuk menghindari risiko kerusakan produk
• Cookies lainnya bertahan 7-12 hari suhu ruang dan 1 bulan untuk penyimpanan dalam kulkas
• Hari Minggu tidak ada pengiriman
• Pengiriman dilakukan sesuai antrian yang masuk dan menyesuaikan stock yang tersedia.
• Harga tertera adalah harga satuan cookie dengan berat 85-120gr dan diameter 8-10 cm
• Tidak bisa diburu-buru atau request jam pengiriman kecuali dari jauh hari

Shipping Information:
• Can be shipped outside of Java Island as long as it doesn't exceed an estimated 5 days.

• For the Red Velvet menu (with cream cheese filling), it is recommended to use YES/SAME DAY/NEXT DAY delivery service to avoid the risk of product damage
• Other cookies last 7-12 days at room temperature and 1 month when stored in the refrigerator.
• No deliveries on Sundays.
• Deliveries are made in accordance with the order queue and subject to available stock.
• Listed prices are per unit for cookies weighing between 85-120g and with a diameter of 8-10 cm.
• Rush orders or specific delivery time requests are not possible unless scheduled well in advance.
• Any issues with the courier service are not our responsibility, but we will still assist in contacting the relevant party.
• Please document (video) the unboxing process when receiving the package.
