About The App Gentle was an app where you sent and received letters of kindness. I designed it to embody values such as privacy, respect, and responsible use. One of my key goals from the beginning was to create a trustworthy and safe place. Each part of Gentle social mechanics, motion, iconography, copy, and more was designed to be warm, not addictive.
