The Oats & Whey is rich in high quality protein and carbohydrates of slow absorption, thus allowing you to have a nutritious snack and cloying:
20g of protein and 30g of carbohydrates per serving (65g).

It is made with whole oats, which also provides B vitamins, iron, zinc, magnesium and manganese.
The Oats & Whey is a delicious mixture based on whey protein (Whey), whole oats that provides carbohydrates with slow absorption, zinc, magnesium, manganese, iron and B vitamins, and still rich in fiber, namely beta-glucans, and with only 1.3g of sugars per serving. It is, therefore, an excellent way to provide energy to your body, as well as fibers, some vitamins and minerals and, at the same time, strengthen and tone your muscles with whey protein.
Whey protein, whey protein, is a fast-absorbing protein, with good digestibility, with an excellent amino acid profile, especially BCAAs. This protein contributes to the muscle definition process, improves toning, increases muscle mass, avoids decreasing muscle mass, can increase satiety and helps improve metabolism.
Whole oats are a great source of slow-absorbing carbohydrates, avoiding insulin and glycemic spikes, favoring better appetite control, which is not the case with fast-absorbing carbohydrates with a high glycemic index. HOW TO USE?
As part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, take 1 serving at breakfast. To prepare a drink (shake), add 9 tablespoons (65 g) to 250 ml of water. Shake well and serve. To prepare a meal to eat by spoon (type porridge), add 9 tablespoons (65 g) to 150 ml of water. You can also prepare pancakes and other delicious recipes.
