This service program, available across all 50 states, offers a next business day replacement for Fujitsu scanner models that cannot be resolved through technical support. The Advance Exchange Service Program is designed to minimize downtime, ensuring your business operations continue smoothly. If our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is unable to troubleshoot a problem, a replacement unit is promptly shipped overnight for requests received by 2pm PST. For requests received after this time, the replacement unit is dispatched on the following business day. The cost of the Advance Exchange program is all-inclusive, covering parts, labor, and shipping to and from the customer. For scanners beyond their Limited Warranty period, the Advance Exchange Post-Warranty service is available, offering the same level of service in single or multi-year increments.For customers requiring asset tag tracking or those preferring to retain their existing scanner, Fujitsu offers the Depot Service Option. Unlike the Advance Exchange service that provides an overnight replacement, the Depot service ensures repairs are completed and returned to the customer within five days of receipt. This service also includes parts, labor, and shipping to the customer.The Advance Exchange and Depot service is available for all Workgroup, Departmental, Network, and Low-Volume scanners, with the exception of the fi-5750C & fi-6770 Series.
