Frisee Cut leaves " Washed & Ready to Eat" - Packet

The name says it all. Frisée, a member of the chicory family, has a frizzy texture, as well as a deliciously bitter edge. Look for fresh-looking leaves that go from green to white. After being washed frisée will last 5 days in the fridge.
Frisée pairs well with flavour-packed ingredients: Dress leaves with a warm vinaigrette of roast chicken pan drippings and sherry wine vinegar toss in browned bits of thick-cut pancetta, or top with a poached or fried egg.
