Use To assemble Fondant ribbon cutter. Choose cutting wheels and spacers desired. Any combination of cutting wheels and spacers may be used. Remove roller assembly from handle by pressing button on side. This will unlock the roller assembly. Lift roller up; the opposite side of the roller assembly will slip out of handle. Slide cutting wheels and spacers onto roller in desired pattern. Add slide-on lock and twist clockwise to tighten on roller assembly. To cut 1 ribbon, center spacers and cutting wheels onto roller. Add 2 slide-on locks. Position rollers assembly on roller handle. First, fit the end of the roller with the stationary button into opening on handle assembly. Next slip locking button into opposite opening on handle. Button will lock roller in place. To Emboss Fondant. Brush the assembled roller lightly with vegetable shortening for easy release of fondant. On cornstarch-dusted surface, roll out fondant to the thickness desired from 1/16 inches to 1/8 inches thick. Roll the Fondant ribbon cutter over fondant pressing slightly to cut ribbons. Care Before first and after each use, hand wash cutting wheels, spacers, and locks in warm, soapy water. Air dry. Do not submerge roller handle in water. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth.
