Choose the folder with the sweater and find PLACE YOUR DESIGN HERE. There choose the layer you need: MAIN - for the front of the apparel or INSIDE - for the back part. Drag your design into the opened document. Save and close. See the result! Repeat the action with the smart layer in the folder PAPER LABEL. You can change the opacity of LIGHTS and SHADOWS layers, making the view more or less lit. The object SHADOW can be switched off or also regulated by opacity settings.
