FINNA Bumbu Marinasi Fried Chicken diracik dengan bahan dan rempah pilihan, sehingga dapat menjadikan daging empuk dan rasa bumbu meresap sampai dalam daging ayam. Sangat praktis untuk sahabat dapur dan resto anda.
DESKRIPSI :
FINNA Bumbu Marinasi Fried Chicken merupakan produk praktis yang diaplikasikan pada daging ayam tanpa harus menambahkan bumbu lagi. Menggunakan Selerafood Bumbu Marinasi Fried Chicken membuat daging lebih empuk dan rasa semakin lezat. Cocok untuk dijadikan usaha fried chicken ataupun catering.
CARA PENGGUNAAN BUMBU MARINASI :
1. Siapkan ayam 1kg ( potong 10 )
2. Bumbu marinasi 20 g (± 1 ½ sdm) ( 1 kemasan 1kg, total dapat marinasi 50 kg ayam)
3. Air dingin 40 ml (± 5 sdm)
4. Larutkan bumbu marinasi dengan air, aduk sampai rata.
5. Balurkan bumbu marinasi pada daging ayam
6. Remas-remas daging ayam hingga bumbu marinasi menyerap kedalam daging
7. Masukkan daging ayam yang sudah dimarinasi dalam plastik, tutup rapat-rapat sampai tidak ada udara didalamnya.
8. Simpan ayam marinasi dalam kulkas (chiller) selama 6 - 7 jam.
9. Setelahnya bisa digunakan
