Dj has one large tear (3") at upper front spine fold and several tiny tears along upper edge. Also it has slight wrinkle lower front edge as from moisture. Brown boards, gilt titles, show no wear. Author has signed title page with "Best wishes." Previous owner has made genealogical notations on front and rear endpapers and rear flap. The ones on the endpapers are in pencil, those on the flap in ink. Interior is tight and unmarked except one phrase in ink beside a drawing of St. Margaret's Anglican Church (Glamire) - "north of Madoc." 138 pp. Size: Oblong 8vo
