This listing is for 1 pack of (300 gr) fresh Linguine Nero (squid ink) pasta from @animalerestaurant.
Made with semolina flour blended with Spanish squid ink. AL BRONZO PASTA means, Extruded thru 3mm width bronze die to achieve that rough edge for sauce retention. This will change your perception about packaged pasta.
Loosen the pasta strands before cooking, and cook in plenty of boiling water that has been previously salted (1 teaspoon per 2 liter of water). Boil until it reaches the consistency that you like, the key is to keep on testing the noodle. REMEMBER that these are fresh pasta, so they do not take long at all to cook.
Don't forget to keep the pasta water to adjust the thickness of your sauce!
