Slide tackles can be auto-evaded in certain situations. There are lesser chances of players colliding against each other as a new collision avoidance system has been implemented. Your teammates will give you greater support as teammate support has been enhanced. There are more crossing and passing options and support runs are far more effective now. The goalkeeper A.I. (artificial intelligence) has been modified, hence, goalkeepers now make more authentic decisions with enhanced variations when deflecting or stopping a ball. The style of play of your players will change in accordance to the team that you are up against as new team styles have been introduced. There are 5 defensive styles and 9 attacking styles with 13 other special case teams which have their own unique play styles. The Scout Report feature gives you pre-match scouting reports which help you strategize better. The Practise Mode lets you hone your football skills before stepping onto the playing grounds. Furthermore, you can test your football knowledge by taking a world soccer quiz by accessing the Updated Quiz Mode.
