With an end attached to your boat stretch the bungee over a dock cleat and choose a loop that best fits the desired tension. Place that loop over the cleat and walk away; it’s really that simple. When properly used bungee lines protect your boat by eliminating the jerking and tugging caused by non-bungee lines preventing undue stress on your gunnels and cleats. Use for temporary docking only.
