The base notes are a caramel mixed with amber, patchouli, musk, vanilla, vetiver, sandalwood and benzoin. Margaretha and Wolfgang Ley established Escada, an international fashion house, in 1978 in Munich, Germany. To stand out from a vast field of competitors, the couple focused on a smart strategy for their knitwear. They used complex knitted designs, bold color combinations and unique embroidery patterns.
