Coklat ini mudah meleleh, karena pada dasarnya akan dilelehkan jadi kami tidak menerima komplain karena membeli = menerima resiko leleh
Coklat ini biasa dipakai untuk dilarutkan, sesuai namanya Easy Melt (Mudah meleleh) - Sehingga anda tidak perlu mencincang dari coklat batang besar untuk kemudian dilelehkan, cukup menggunakan Chocolate Dark ini saja
Cara Tempering, untuk 1kg cukup hangatkan 3/4 kg coklat hingga benar-benar leleh (suhu 50') lalu kemudian tambahkan 1/4 kg sisanya dan aduk hingga larut. Kemudian diamkan 5-10 menit pada suhu ruang, coklat akan kering sempurna dengan kilau yang bagus. Jika belum keras, cukup tambahkan lagi coklat yang kerasnya lalu panaskan dan aduk lagi.
