Clean Nails then push back cuticles and trim nail surface as normal manicure process. Step 2. Fully shake up the polish, it can make the polish color be balanced. Step 3. Apply Elite99 Base coat first, put it thin, which can make polish lasting longer, cure with UV lamp for 2-3 minutes or LED lamp for 30-60 seconds. Step 4. Apply Elite99 color coat in a thin application, and cure with UV lamp for 2-3 minutes, or cure with LED lamp for 30-60 seconds; Step 5. Apply a second coat, then cure under UV lamp for 2-3 minutes, or LED lamp for 30-60 seconds. For some light colors, apply the third coat if necessary. Step 6. Apply Elite99 Top coat, and cured by UV lamp for 2-3 minutes or LED lamp for 30-60 seconds. Step 7. Remove the tacky layer with cotton soaked with alcohol or cleanser. (No need this step if using no clean top coat) To Remove: Step 1. Soak off the nails into acrylic remover for about 5 minutes, Step 2. Rip down the whole piece of nail enamel gently on each nail.
