Barley atau jali-jali adalah jenis biji-bijian yang menyerupai bentuk gandum, mempunyai tekstur yang agak kenyal dan sedikit rasa manis (alami). Barley mengandung gluten. Barley mengandung banyak nutrisi seperti protein, serat, asam amino esensial, kalsium, vitamin A, B kompleks, E, seng, magnesium, dan zat besi.

➡️Untuk campuran sekoteng / Campuran Dessert / Kacang Hijau
