Alleppey green cardamoms (elaichi) in our specially designed
‘Aroma Lock’ packs. These packs retain the aroma, flavour and
colour of cardamoms for a longer time. Emperor Akbar Cardamoms
are known for their full pods. Our Purple grade packs contain the
boldest grade (cardamom pods of diameter 8mm & above). The purple
grade is relished for its full-bodied aroma and fruity flavor. ).
You can use them in just about everything and experience the
goodness of natural elaichi / ilaichi. The Green grade contain
medium sized cardamoms (pods of diameter 7-8 mm. Our Red grade
packs contain smaller sized cardamoms (pods of diameter 6-7 mm).
